The debrief counts the people you marked present.
For leaders & admins
- The count comes from attendance — the debrief does not ask you to type a headcount. It reads the people marked present at that meeting. Tap Edit on the count to change who is marked.
- Count walk-ins — Manage attendance has a Guests row at the bottom. Tap plus for each person who came but is not in Trellis yet.
