The debrief counts the people you marked present, and admins can see their ministry's look and words.

For leaders & admins

• The count comes from attendance — the debrief does not ask you to type a headcount. It reads the people marked present at that meeting. Tap Edit on the count to change who is marked.
• Count walk-ins — Manage attendance has a Guests row at the bottom. Tap plus for each person who came but is not in Trellis yet.
• Your ministry's look and words — Admin › Tenant Settings shows your ministry's theme, logo, and the words it uses for groups and leaders.
